General Information
Journeys Continue is guided by the AASW Schedule of recommended fees for Accredited Social Workers in private practice. Fees and charges may vary depending on services provided. Consultation fees will be confirmed at time of confirming an appointment.
- Hourly Rates: The default consultation hourly rate is based on AASW recommended fee structures for private practice social work.
- Administration Fee: A once off admin fee is applied to all initial consultations.
- Travel: For home and workplace consultations travel charges will apply.
- Clinically relevant communications including phone calls / written reports / communication with other health professionals. Any task that takes more than 5 minutes will be invoiced at the percentage of the hourly rate.
- NDIS Participants are charged as per Item Number: 15_621_0128_1_3 - Assessment Recommendation Therapy or Training - Social Worker
- NDIS Participants are charged as per Item Number: 15_005_0118_1_3 - Early Childhood supports Children under 9 years old - Social Worker
- DVA - General social work provider number 9817771B
- All fees and charges are the direct responsibility of the client unless alternative arrangements have been agreed, prior to initial consultation.
Social Worker – A person who is a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers. (AASW member 434 684)
